[2023/02/23] User experience improvements

Hi ZettaBlock users, we're excited to announce our latest updates, which include several new features and adjustments:

New Features:

• Added compute units consumed, runtime, and data scanned information for each query run, providing more visibility into resource utilization and helping users optimize their queries.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a race condition bug related to the delete API, which caused deleted APIs to be undeleted during refreshing. This issue has been resolved, ensuring that deleted APIs remain deleted and are not accidentally resurrected during the refresh process.

Improvements:

• extend the timeout for user api generation from 20mins to 30 mins, align with query engine timeout.
• Other minor bug fixes and improvements to enhance overall stability and performance of the platform.
